Subscription Cancellation Policy

At the end of your subscription term, you will automatically be billed for the next subscription term. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. 

How to Cancel

You may cancel anytime during your active subscription by logging into your account, clicking on "My Account", Under "Current Subscription" clicking the button that says "Cancel".  You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.  Upon confirmation, your subscription will be canceled. 

Other Cancellation Options

You can go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form and request your subscription be canceled.  Please include your Username and Email Address on file so we can locate your account.  We will respond to your requests as soon as possible, but please take into consideration our office hours.  8 am - 4 pm CST Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
